Summary of Changes

This PR introduces critical improvements to the target-size compression engine, aligns presets with global portal limits, and resolves a semantic display bug in post-task workflow relays:

1. Smart Dynamic 300 DPI Scaling & Reassurance Feedback:

   • For short documents ($\le 3$ pages, e.g. single-page certificates, passports, diplomas), dynamically unlocks up to 300 DPI (scale = 4.17) print-grade clarity.
   • For multi-page documents ($> 3$ pages), dynamically optimizes up to a safe 200 DPI (scale = 2.50) ceiling to strictly protect mobile browsers from canvas memory exhaustion (OOM).
   • Added reassuring visual feedback badge when output naturally fits below target size while reaching maximum sharpness.

2. Real-World Portal Upload Presets:

   • Realigned quick preset buttons to match official global submission caps:
     • 1 MB: ID Cards & Strict Portals (e.g. India e-Visa, strict tax forms)
     • 2 MB: Visa (CEAC / VFS) & College Portals (Common App)
     • 5 MB: Canada IRCC & Job Applications (Workday ATS)
     • 10 MB: USCIS Portals, Tenders & Thesis
     • 20 MB: Universal Email Safe Limit (< 20 MB)

3. Workflow Strategy Semantic Relay Fix:

   • Resolved a bug in workflowStrategy.js where the post-compression NextActionBanner incorrectly displayed a contract signing description (next_action_desc_protect_signed).
   • Added dedicated, context-accurate keys and translations across all 6 locales (zh, en, de, es, fr, ja) for compress, organize, split, and protect tools.

4. Version Bump:

   • Bumped version from v1.2.2 to v1.2.3.
