forum_topics What is ft_tag used for? #117

   It looks like a rudiment that is not used anywhere, it needs to be removed.

   For the forum in the future, I think to create, in the table sed_forum_sections the field fs_code and ft_alias in the table sed_forum_topics by analogy with pages and make normal SEFURLS like:
   /forums/topics/general-disscussion
   /forums/posts/example-topick

   It is not very good that the question mark is used:

   It is better and more correct like this:

   http://localhost/c/genel-bilgilendirmeler-12
   http://localhost/q/kullanicilar-icin-cesitli-araclar-eklenmistir-17&n=last#bottom

   or

   http://localhost/c/12-genel-bilgilendirmeler
