…es to mention the dish - dishes.js: add Indian cuisine (butter chicken, biryani, tikka masala, masala dosa, samosa) with keywords for generator queries - sf-food-data.js: add 20 Indian spots across 4 restaurants (Amber India, Rooh SF, Shalimar, Kasa, Udupi Palace, Dosa, Pakwan) with hype/love scores; fix 59 pre-existing review quotes in Mexican/Italian/Turkish sections that did not mention the dish they were listed under - verified-dishes.js: add hand-researched hype/love overrides for 10 Indian dish-restaurant pairs (top 2 spots per dish) Sync log: 79 reviews updated (20 new Indian + 59 corrected), 0 validation errors — all 95 spots now have review quotes that explicitly mention the dish.
