Summary
Fixes a GUI sinuosity stability bug where
_compute_sinuosity_stability_from_arrays()attempted to assignresult["equivalence"]before theresultdictionary was created.Validation

This keeps the existing GUI stability metrics and adds the equivalence diagnostic after the result dictionary has been created.
