- Isolate API endpoints per adapter instance to support multi-region configs
- Add scrub_all, whitelist_fields, and randomize_scrub_length to scrubber
- Support flexible arity (1-3 args) for error_handler callbacks
- Add pipeline middleware (SampleFilter, UserContextEnhancer)
- Add exclusion_filter support for event filtering
- Enhance client context merging with default_context
