- Add OpenobserveAdapter for sending errors to OpenObserve
- Uses simple JSON API (/api/{org}/{stream}/_json)
- Supports basic auth, custom org/stream configuration
- Add :openobserve level mapping with uppercase levels
- Add use_openobserve configuration helper
- Include comprehensive tests with VCR cassettes
- Update README with OpenObserve configuration examples
