💡 What: Added a native browser confirm() dialog and success/error alert() feedback to the deletePayment async function in frontend/payment-management.js. Added aria-label attributes to the input and select fields in frontend/payment-management.html.

🎯 Why: The original delete implementation lacked user confirmation, creating a high risk of accidental data loss. Furthermore, the form inputs relied entirely on placeholder attributes instead of visible <label> tags, making them difficult for screen reader users to understand. This improves both interaction safety and accessibility.

📸 Before/After: Verified via Playwright that the delete action now triggers a confirm dialog, and the UI remains visually identical.

♿ Accessibility: Added descriptive aria-labels to inputs and select drop-downs to ensure compatibility with screen readers without altering the visual design.
