Added native browser `confirm()` dialog and success/failure `alert()` feedback to the `deletePayment` function in `frontend/payment-management.js` to prevent accidental data loss and provide immediate user feedback. confirm()dialog before deleting a payment in the UI, along withalert()messages to provide feedback on the success or failure of the action.
