Getting cross-platform support

Currently, the HID library I am using requires DLLs, which means it can only run on Windows. I would like to get this project cross-platform, but I cannot find any library to pull it off.

Now that a cross-platform lib is implemented, I need to create a example project on each platform and test it.

My macOS install seems to only recognize 1 Joycon at a time, but I think it's due to being less tolerance to connection quality by macOS's drivers.

A more powerful bluetooth adapter might be able to handle both at once, but I cannot verify this with my crappy USB one I have at the moment.
