Follow-up to the initial CI (#1): adds the two jobs that were deferred.

  • govulncheck (@v1.9.0): was red on Go 1.26.4 (15 reachable stdlib vulns). Bumped go.mod + workflow to 1.26.9 (latest 1.26.x patch), where govulncheck ./... reports No vulnerabilities found (verified locally). No dependency vulns remain.
  • lint (golangci-lint-action@v9, v2.15.0): added .golangci.yml enabling govet, staticcheck, ineffassign, errcheck, with errcheck exclusions for the deliberate fire-and-forget Close/os.Remove/Encode calls in durability code and test files skipped. golangci-lint run ./... → 0 issues locally.
  • go build/go vet/go test -race ./... all pass after the bump. Dockerfile stays on golang:1.26.

No application code changed.

Go 1.26.4 stdlib had 15 reachable vulnerabilities fixed in 1.26.9; bump go.mod and the workflow. Lint uses a minimal config (govet, staticcheck, ineffassign, errcheck) with errcheck exempting best-effort Close/Remove paths and tests.
