There should be option with a caution to change repository in the settings page for a user. Basically they can change to a different repository from where they are in and the repo is always the source of truth..
Also The first time a user syncs and if it is an empty repository, we can help the user with the basic structure. The sync ID and plugin itself can have an option: "Create a basic structure for me to organize my content. I'm new to Obsidian" - so that they can instantly start storing their notes in subfolders. We can have a generalized... Do some research on this and then have a good working generalized structure that is being used out there. I don't know what the best thing is. I've heard of things like promo or promo technique but we don't want to use the promo technique if it is too complex. Let's use a bare minimum structure to organize things out there.
