Closes #80.

Adds Railway’s official Deploy on Railway button so people can self-host Syncidian in one click from GitHub and the public landing page.

The button opens Railway with this repo (railway.com/new/template?template=https://github.com/shangeethsivan/Syncidian). Existing railway.json still requires a /data volume, so a deploy without persistence fails instead of wiping users.

README: button under the self-host intro and again in Deploy on Railway, with the volume step kept first after the click.

Website: official button in the hero (served from /assets/railway-button.svg, placed above the waitlist/email forms so it stays on screen), a footer pill, Help walkthrough, and agent landing.md. Clicks are tracked as click_railway when GA is on.

Tests: landing HTML/markdown must include the deploy URL and button. CI is green.

Link the official Deploy on Railway button so people can self-host from GitHub or Syncidian.com, and keep the /data volume step in the docs so users survive redeploys.

Keep the official button artwork on the landing page even if railway.com is slow or blocked.

On a self-hosted page the email signup card hid the one-click button below the fold.
