Make the site mobile responsive and fix dark theme text - #83

Give landing sections a solid dark background so copy no longer sits on the purple canvas, collapse the header behind a menu on small screens, and keep the dashboard nav and tables from overflowing. Co-authored-by: Shangeeth Sivan <shangeethsivan@users.noreply.github.com>
The header overflowed between the content wrap and the old 800px hamburger, so Theme/Privacy/Story could disappear before Menu appeared. Co-authored-by: Shangeeth Sivan <shangeethsivan@users.noreply.github.com>

The landing page and dashboard were hard to use on a phone, and dark theme copy was hard to read because the story/privacy/founding sections sat on the purple hero canvas with no solid background.
