Summary
Since the author of #343 seems to be busy, I copied over their commits and did the remaining work for stickers. This is like the 3rd PR for stickers, so I'm hoping something can actually happen with this. Additionally, it would be great if anyone with a partnered or verified server could make sure that uploading LOTTIE stickers works correctly.
