Hey, I’m Nikhil Sharma (Nick) 👋

I’m a Web3 Ecosystem Builder with a deep passion for community growth and real-world adoption.

My journey started back in my college days with grassroots initiatives like Tech Hood Agra and Polygon Guild Agra, some of the first blockchain-focused communities in my region. From self-funded meetups to international speaking slots, I’ve always been hands-on in connecting people, ideas, and opportunities.

Over the past 3+ years, I’ve worked across global Web3 ecosystems, helping a Layer 1 blockchain grow to 20,000+ active users in a month, scaling ambassador programs to thousands worldwide, and partnering with over 100 communities and KOLs. I’ve hosted 30+ cross-border events, AMAs, and workshops, representing projects at stages like Token2049, Korea2140, and Thailand.

Beyond that, I’ve organized 100+ hackathons, bootcamps, and webinars, currently lead GDG on Campus for my region, and contributed to multiple blockchain projects across SocialFi, DeFi, wallets, and infrastructure. I also built a chain-agnostic platform empowering students and women in tech, reaching over 200,000+ people and launching MVPs with zero marketing spend.

What keeps me going isn’t the metrics—it’s seeing someone I met at a small event launch their first dApp, land a Web3 role, or start their own community. That’s what matters most.

I build, teach, and connect, because community isn’t just part of the journey, it is the journey.
