Records the verified result of API Compatibility run 38072554976 for the DBF implementation merged in #39: 905 tests across 71 classes, zero failures/errors/skips, debug lint with zero errors, and successful debug/unsigned release builds. Documents the 66 new regressions and clarifies the public fixture's data provenance.
Validation: 744 internal wiki links checked with no broken links; git diff --check passes. Changes are limited to Markdown documentation and the fixture README.
