Apply the direct full-SHA artifact upload required by repository policy, enforce the archive/upload/deploy contract in regression tests, and advance child gitlinks to Core d6537446ed3a365dc1a4c34ce64f3be691761b3b and Advised a1ba2fc9effbcb6f49dae1aceb36765f552dc3f8. Tests passed 9/9 and the outer preview/artifact validation passed. Dependencies: merge the Core and Advised follow-up PRs first.
