The first Preview Pages run exposed a repository-policy failure: the pinned upload-pages-artifact composite internally calls upload-artifact@v4. This replaces it with the repository's existing full-SHA upload-artifact pin and creates the uncompressed Pages tar directly. Local site tests passed 3/3; artifact contract validation passed.
