Added support for checking if binary process is running

This required a little bit of additional modifications to the way ports were displayed based upon my personal preference.

I've merged this into my own copy since the main project doesn't seem to have merged any PRs since 3 Nov 2017

It works well

I've also changed it to use /usr/bin/pgrep -n instead of /bin/pidof, so now it supports regex in the process name test, which lets me list whether BOINC projects are running and a service which puts status information in its process name.
