審査で却下されたときの戻り道。release.yml はタグがある版では止まるので、同じ版を上げ直せない。store-upload をタグ指定で手動実行すると、その GitHub リリースの zip をストアに上げる（公開はしない）。
上げるのはリリースの成果物なので、検証したバイト列がそのまま行く。公開済みの版と同じ番号は受け付けられないため、その場合は 4 つ目の値を使う旨をエラーと文書に書いた。
