[codex] Add AutoDL standalone portability

What changed

• add configurable standalone instance identity, portable hardware comparison groups, and target locks
• add deterministic run bundle export/import with staging, hash verification, provenance, and conflict rejection
• add AutoDL bootstrap/profile examples, explicit SSH targets, aggregate reports, and bilingual runbooks
• make image references and preflight model/GPU labels configurable while preserving existing local Docker defaults

Validation

• uv run --extra dev --extra server --extra llm pytest -q (317 passed, 28 skipped)
• Docker dev container portability shard (27 passed)
• docker compose config --quiet`n
