Finally great features for 1.1 are coming in . I think for dual-op mode, a bit of code refactoring will resolve the problem. |

This is a PR for evaluation. This completes the netstack network API and adds the netstack IP layer. It makes things cleaner in tcpip.c and in other places. But it might mess up dual-mode a bit as TCP-IP process is started automatically if network-IP driver is the uip-driver.
