Added a small bit about usage for users

As a user I couldn't find any documentation on how to actually claim a reward. Here's a trivial change to solve this.

Thanks @chrisglass. To me this reads as if you have to create a Coinbase account ahead of time, while Coinbase should actually email you with a link even if you don't have an account. Think you have time to update to text be more explicit?

This documentation-only FREEBIE really should be safe and quick to get integrated. Who other than @moxie0 has write access to this repo? I'm considering contributing, but with the project leaving pull requests hanging out to dry for months... nope.
