Holding for desktop QA. CI-green here doesn't validate a Tauri plugin/desktop-visual change — per the repo's desktop rules these need a dev-app build and click-test on macOS (~/Applications/Minutes Dev.app), which CI can't do. Will merge after a dev-app pass confirms no regression in the menu-bar app. |

Superseded by #590, which combines this with the other two desktop dependency bumps. Merging them individually would have conflicted on Cargo.lock; #590 regenerates the lock from the union and was validated on real macOS hardware (compile plus 260 unit tests, with the one failure confirmed pre-existing on main and filed as #591). |
