Holding for desktop QA alongside the other desktop bumps — tauri 2.10→2.11 is the core desktop framework and can't be validated by Linux CI; needs a dev-app build + click-test on macOS before merge.

Superseded by #590, which combines this with the other two desktop dependency bumps. Merging them individually would have conflicted on Cargo.lock; #590 regenerates the lock from the union and was validated on real macOS hardware (compile plus 260 unit tests, with the one failure confirmed pre-existing on main and filed as #591).
