- **Dataset provenance (31 Aug 2026):** the on-disk `PadLog20260830.CSV` /
`BoatLog20260830.CSV` were later **trimmed to the paddling section** (excluded drive-home
tail removed — paddle now frames 0–195265, boat trimmed at the rx_ms-matched boundary so
the streams stay synced). All four analysed right-paddling runs (frames 65927–189730) are
fully preserved, so the results above remain reproducible from the trimmed files. The full
originals + original sidecar are backed up in `visualisation/recordings/backups_pretrim/*.orig`
if the pre-trim ~327k-frame file is needed.
