- .github/workflows/ci.yml runs `./gradlew check assembleDebug :showkase-processor:test` on ubuntu-latest across JDK 17 and 21. Concurrency group cancels superseded PR runs. - .github/pull_request_template.md prompts authors for linked issue, what changed, local validation steps, CI status, and out-of-scope follow-ups. The existing android.yml (build / Paparazzi / emulator UI tests) stays in place; it will be revisited in Phase 1.1 when KAPT goes away and in Phase 1.2 when AGP 9 lands. Refs #1
- Comment out every line in android.yml so the Paparazzi and emulator jobs do not run during the early KMP migration phases. They will be reinstated or replaced as part of Phase 1.1 (KAPT removal) and Phase 1.2 (AGP 9 toolchain bump). - Drop the JDK 21 matrix entry from ci.yml. JDK 21 coverage will be re-added once the toolchain bump in Phase 1.2 verifies AGP 9 + Kotlin 2.3 compatibility on it. Refs #1

This PR is the first run of
