feat: ⌘K에 이 노트의 동작과 폴더·태그로 가기 - #81

노트를 열었을 때 즐겨찾기·태그 편집·형식별 내보내기·Obsidian을 맨 앞에 보이고, 입력하면 폴더·태그를 골라 사이드바를 그것으로 거른다. 내보내기는 MeetingView가 exportReq를 받아 노트 머리 메뉴와 같은 함수로 한다. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
