prepare for CTAN release

This is a PR for CTAN release preparation.

CTAN has a strict check on package release.

• Upload Addendum.
• Package Structure.

It may take some time for the package to pass the release. Meanwhile:

• Check copyright licenses.
• Check installation.

Remember the namespace of our package is sjtubeamer, which is not the name of this repository. Because:

Let us remind you that there are operating systems unable to distinguish between myfile and MyFile . That's why we check for “identical filenames” after converting everything to “lowercase”.

Local Installation check complete. I will add a README in the src/ directory to make it included in the package.

I am searching the information on vi/ folder inclusion. It is dangerous to include such a directory since it could NOT make it to the MiKTeX distribution. See hitszbeamer for a failed output.

I will try to solve it through TDS packaging standard.

We could drop support for MiKTeX for now :) We could resolve this in next minor version.

I am not sure about that... It could be solved by some way... I guess...

It seems fibeamer is successfully built. I have to believe *-ctan.zip with its tds.zip will work, at least for now. It seems to be the previous beamer is not correctly packaged.
