Mention // SKIP @bridge in "Unable to bridge" error message

"Unable to bridge" doesn't convey a lot to me; I foolishly filed skiptools/skip#576 because I couldn't figure out what I needed to do. In this PR I added a hint that the solution usually involves // SKIP @bridge or // SKIP @bridgeMembers
