Dot/diacritical marks alignment

It looks great to have dots and diacritical marks at the same height like Adobe Devanagari. This requires adjustments in all fonts with a dot (e.g., i, j) or all fonts with a diacritical mark (e.g., ṅ, ö, ā, ō, ṃ, ṇ, ṛ, ṣ, ṭ, etc.) or both.
