Repo moved to the slow-stack org. GitHub redirects old URLs (verified: 301), but badges, package metadata and runtime-generated links should point at the canonical slug.

• 28× github.com/modusensus/dsh-mneme → github.com/slow-stack/dsh-mneme across README (zh/en), CONTRIBUTING, SECURITY, package README, package.json repository/homepage/bugs, panel issue-report links (lib/client.js) and their tests.
• 2× codecov shields badge image URLs → slow-stack.
• Deliberately untouched: npm package name @modusensus/dsh-mneme (npm scope ≠ GitHub owner, published under it), CHANGELOG history, devlog historical records, personal contact email.

Full suite 1243/1242 pass / 0 fail / 1 skip; check-sync ✓.
