chore(docs): template for eval-backed evidence
A deterministic VHS re-enactment of a representative TDD session (RED -> GREEN), where the test catches a race on the first GREEN attempt. The "actor" (pacing) lives in assets/demo/tdd-playback.sh; the "camera" (canvas, font, Synthpunk Neon Dark theme) in assets/demo/tdd.tape. Regenerate with `bun run demo`.
