Adds reachable-history scanning (via trufflehog git) unified with deleted-commit mining behind a scan.RepoScanner interface. Both run by default and merge into one deduped, SOURCE-tagged, ranked report. New flags: --no-history, --no-deleted, --verified-only. Proven end-to-end: one run surfaces a planted reachable secret (SOURCE=history) alongside force-pushed buried secrets (SOURCE=deleted). Module 1 of 4 in the one-stop-tool roadmap.
