Widens the scan footprint. Gists are scanned by default (new scan.GistScanner via trufflehog git, SOURCE=gist); --members enumerates org members and scans their personal repos + gists. New internal/enumerate layer; shared candidatesFromGitLines parser. Flags: --members, --no-gists. Proven e2e: a planted gist secret surfaces as SOURCE=gist. Module 2 of 4.
