Script to generate External gold reward leads

To use the script:

1. replace the dashboard bearer token (line 61) from dashboard API calls on browser
2. Currently, it uses random Partner/merchant from the list defined in the script, but to generate leads for a specific partner/merchant
   1. comments the line 28 & 30
   2. uncomment lines 29 & 31
   3. and replace the merchant and partner id as per your requirements.
