Phase 3C: tiny Gotenberg client. POST multipart form with index.html, get PDF bytes back. Plus the gotenberg sidecar in docker-compose.yaml. Tests use httptest; no real Gotenberg in CI. Verified locally against real Gotenberg (Chromium + LibreOffice up).
