This adds a SmartIR mapping for the Midea RG51G5/CEU1 air conditioner remote (Broadlink controller, Base64 encoding). The mapping supports the following: Operation modes: auto, cool, dry, fan_only. Fan modes: low, medium, high, auto. Temperature range: 62.0°F to 86.0°F with 1.0°F precision. Units: degrees Fahrenheit.
