Correction to my close comment. I wrote that the default branch already carries a version at or above this one. That sentence was too broad. The precise reason for this pull request is below.

This one is not superseded, and you should know that. The default branch declares dotenv ^16.4.7. This is a major upgrade to 17.2.3, and Renovate proposes only v16.6.1 in PR #62.

I still closed it, because Renovate is now the single dependency bot here. If you want the v17 upgrade, ask Renovate for it on the dependency dashboard.
