Add an MIT License file to clarify reuse terms for this repository.
Previously the repository had no license, which legally means "All Rights Reserved" and is inconsistent with its intended use as part of the LaTeX thesis ecosystem.
Part of an ecosystem-wide effort to add explicit licenses to the unlicensed repositories.
