…ement Follow the repository rename (smkwlab/student-repo-management#504). Mechanical update of the org/repo slug in docs, README setup.sh URLs, and cross-repo references. MERGE ORDER: GitHub's rename redirect keeps the old URLs working, so this may merge together with or after the GitHub rename; do not merge in isolation expecting the new name to resolve before the rename exists.
