This is required for correct ONVIF usage and is checked by ONVIF Device Manager
Use SOAP1.2 (2003) XML Envelope
1) pass the http 'request' to the Parent via the request listener 2) catch a new type of 'throw' with a HTTP Status Code, Header and Contents
ODTT 22.12 test Media-7-1-2-v18.06 sends a GetStreamURI with lots of ASCII NULL characters onthe end. This cased the 'sax' project JS parser to throw up an error about text after the Root Node. The workaround is to trim the XML before pasing, including removing ASCII NULL (Char code 0)
