How to build & run volare?

[zc58778560]

If I have downloaded the source code ZIP.
I am a newbie at the Haskell.
How should I build and then run volare?
Is there an example like index.html?
I would appreciate it if you could tell me the method.

I also have problem building this project. Please see the following error message:

root@fw-virtual-machine:~/volare# cabal install
Resolving dependencies...
Configuring volare-0.0.1...

Build log ( /root/.cabal/logs/volare-0.0.1.log ):

ExitFailure 2

Could you kindly help me how to find the algorithm header file or is there any dependent library I forgot to install?

Many thanks!
