I'll leave it to @jaspervdj-snyk for final review but these changes look good to me. It gives us a sense of what's to come when updating CCOP and opa-rules.

opa fmt <path_of_rules> --write --v0-v1
opa fmt <path_of_rules> --write --drop-v0-imports - because we will have v1 produced, v1 consumer
