Adds serializable atmosphere signal types for scene-global state, pattern selection, and transition diagnostics. Defines the Lumos atmosphere presets with Socket-aligned hues, case-insensitive lookup, and the canonical
ALLlist. Includes common tests for JSON round trips and the locked preset table so later choreography/runtime work has a stable common-core contract. Validated with./gradlew ktlintFormatand./gradlew jvmTest.
