* fix the md5 calculation - based on the patent the md5 is computed over the unencrypted
payload and the encrypted payload is transmitted - this was confirmed by experiment
* add support for passing data as either raw or hex encoded on the command line
* update with subtypes found to work on an TL-WPA7510 ethernet over powerline wifi extender
* including the ability to change the broadcast 802.11d country code
