feat: for ... of ... loop support

[cieplypolar]

• very naive implementation (just to experiment with wgslGenerator)
• move validation to wgslGenerator
• add support for vectors
• add unit tests
• add test example (rewrote some examples)

Waits for #2021.
Closes #1971.
