Description

Fervo_Project_Cape-5 Public Release (follow-up from NatLabRockies#457). Updates FPC4/5 references in docs/README to deprecate FPC4 and establish FPC5 as the current version. (Will resolve NatLabRockies#443 once merged into main repo)
