docs: align codex diary notion skill contract - #5

Add the "현재 구현 계약" section and carryover=true rule to the Claude /diary-notion slash command so it matches the implementation contract the Codex $diary-notion skill carries (PR #5): push is row-only, ensure is the separate maintenance command, containment uses parent_index → native sub-items, legacy Parent Task/Sub-items are compatibility-only, Depends On is top-level prerequisites only, and project never writes "unknown".
