Plugin bundle for VCV Rack 2, developed by Songyuan Shi, 2026.
- FFTF — FFT spectral-freeze effect: snapshots the incoming spectrum and sustains it indefinitely as a frozen pad.
- Modal Filter — a state-variable filter in parallel with a keytracked modal resonator bank (up to 32 partials), crossfaded to one output.
- Modal Filter Expander — adds 5 polyphonic resonator voices to Modal Filter, with individual offsets, mutes, and CV modulation.
- Waveguide Delay — grid-stepped, clock-synced Karplus-Strong feedback delay; spans glitchy echo at long delay times to a tonal string at short ones.
- Grain Shift Delay — granular delay through a single-sideband frequency shifter tapped into the feedback path, compounding into an inharmonic staircase.
- Yao — clock-synced generative complex LFO, steered by an I-Ching trigram change engine.
This plugin builds against the VCV Rack Plugin SDK.
From this directory, with RACK_DIR pointing at the SDK root (defaults to
../..):
